We understand the anticipation of waiting for your new The Good Table appliances. That’s why we offer shipping across 48 continental U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and some remote islands. This policy enables us to maintain a high standard of delivery and service in the regions we serve.

Based on your location, we deliver via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. To locate the carrier on your order, please reference the shipping confirmation email you received.

All orders are shipped from our dedicated warehouses located in the United States. This centralization ensures that your order is processed and dispatched with the utmost efficiency.

Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment that your product is on its way to you.

To make a return and exchange at The Good Table, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Please contact The Good Table customer service by emailing [email protected] with your purchase date, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Request Validation: Our customer service team will review and approve your request in 2 working days.

  3. Return Label: Once approved, we will send a return label via email.

  4. Arrange Return Shipment: You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our designated address.

  5. Product Receipt and Confirmation: Upon receipt of the product, we will confirm via email.

  6. Exchange Completion: For exchanges, after processing the return, we will inform you via email when the replacement item is shipped out.
